ABOUT ABOUT

Whether you’re an avid camper, a determined mountaineer or a wilderness explorer, learning how to tie knots is a useful skill for any wilderness situation.

At "All Tied Up in Knots Hike" we’ll explore Gallitzin State Forest while hiking the John P. Saylor Trail. We'll stop at a scenic location for lunch where our team will teach you 8 different knots that will get through any survival or camping situation. You'll also learn to identify natural resources that can be used to make cordage.

HBF Outdoors, LLC. will provide the cordage needed for this training event.
